What is it?

An online school for Church Leadership Teams and individual leaders who are pursuing revival and societal transformation. It is for those who have tasted of revival, renewal, and Kingdom Culture and want to know how to practically develop their lives and ministries to extend the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.

A resource which will position you to maximise these days of opportunity, change and challenge.

It is a pre-recorded series of videos with accompanying workbooks and monthly live companion webinars which guide you through with questions, action steps, culture development and declarations. Both the outcomes and the process of working through together are powerful resources for developing Apostolic Families, where people bring heaven to earth and through relationship expand the influence of the kingdom in their spheres of influence.

Content:

The content is presented in 4 quarters:

1st Quarter – Leading from identity: Introduces the many dynamics of a Kingdom organisation and then goes on to introduce the context of a changing world, church, and beliefs. With an emphasis on sonship and identity it also provides an introduction to strategy and the gift of government. This quarter sets the stage for the whole school.

2nd Quarter – Leading an empowered organisation: Emphasising freedom and the Holy Spirit this second quarter introduces the practical strategic quadrant tool. It also looks at overcoming lies on the way to being a father/mother. With the vital ingredient of empowerment this quarter connects many elements of the school.

3rd Quarter – Leading for increase: Leading for increase builds on the foundation of the first quarter and introduces some personal discovery elements. Becoming a believable leader and leading as fathers and mothers is vital for seeing increase. This quarter will leave you with a hunger for more.

4th Quarter – leading for Kingdom success: This final session sets you up for the coming year. Creating your own quadrant of What, Why, How and Culture you will be left with tools to create ownership and your own personal plan connected to the organisational one.

Every month you will have access to Paul hosting a companion webinar. This will give opportunity to ask questions and see and hear Paul demonstrate aspects of this school.
