Through Paul’s professional and consulting experience the Organisation Coaching process has been developed. The goals of this approach are to identify the organisation’s next steps and ensure that there is internal and external alignment.
Individual questions have been evolved into a pattern which gives participants easy access to a powerful & transforming process.

Many organisations find themselves in more and more workshops and strategy meetings, adding layers of complexity before identifying what areas of the organisation need fine-tuning, aligning or unpacking.

What are the Sessions about?

Week Theme
Week 1 Introduction: How Can I Help You?
An introduction to Organisational Coaching, its purpose, and the primary principles that are behind its design.
Week 2 Demonstration: Focussing on the Organisation’s Story.
A practical demonstration of coaching with explanations at each step to help you understand the overall process.
Week 3 Unpacking the Story, discovering fears and the power of Dreams & Memories
Every organisation has a story. Understanding the component parts of the organisation’s story and how it has been affected by fear and can be directed by memories and dreams will set the stage for future development.
Week 4 The Organisation’s Vision & Mission (What & Why), Structure & Culture.
Developing on the question “what are you building,” this session checks the quality of the what and why and whether they are aligned to each other. The structure must always serve the vision (what) and the culture must serve the season or transitional emphasis.
Week 5 Demonstration, focussing on Alignment
In this second demonstration there is an emphasis on organisational alignment. Is the organisation what it says it is, does the structure fully serve the vision, and is the language consistent across the organisation.
Week 6 The Strategic, Structure, Culture, & Spirit Journeys
Outlining the purpose of each of these journeys for the organisation. and creating a launch pad for the next steps of breakthrough, growth, and alignment.
