I have led hundreds of strategic planning workshops, in fact I first learned to be a strategic coach/consultant in a crisis, when I was seconded to work in a troubled young offenders institution. I very quickly discovered that leading change and strategy workshops was something which I had an aptitude and a passion for. I have led workshops for public sector, private organisations, ministries, and churches.
